The location of this place is fantastic, as it is very close to restaurants and an industrial area.

I only stayed overnight on my way to Santander so had little time to sample the area or the facilities offered by the hotel. Based on the little time I did spend, then I would say it was clean and comfortable and would happily use again.

All in all everything was good, had a fairly nice stay for the price. The decent food was a good touch. The location for our purpose was great, very close to a motorway. We dined at a reasonably priced nearby restaurant with local dishes. We loved being in this property.

Convenient Location 🚅
This place is located near the monorail, making it easy for us to get around. We found the area to be peaceful and just right for our stay. Plus, being close to the city center, larger casinos, and an industrial park was a big advantage.

Conveniently situated near to the main Granada - Bilbao/Santander E5 motorway. Secure and locked car park.
This hotel is certainly not a tourist hotel. It is run down, short staffed, and the food leaves much to be desired. There is no air conditioning in any part of the hotel, and there are no non smoking rooms. My request was for a ground floor, non smoking room. What we got was a second floor room that smelled of cigarettes and was extremeley hot. I took this up with the receptionist who gave us another room similar to the one we had just left. With my wife being disabled (MS) we spent a very uncomfortable night in what I could only describe as a Spanish road house.

Value for money. Location, between Bilbao and Madrid. Good point to stay when arriving by ferry in Bilbao on afternoon arrival.

Had nicely decorated and a nice size room with bathtub, and I couldn't ask for more. Nice location - only a short distance to everywhere I needed: )

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable in every way. The staff are exceptional, with a receptionist who speaks English. The bathroom is particularly good. The rooms are cheap. The location is great, pretty close to everything and in a really quiet area

The hotel of choice in Burgos. A reasonably priced and pretty standard property in Burgos with courteous staff with receptionist who spoke English. Great and unbeatable location very close to expressway and main sights. Found in the really quiet area.
Unpleasant views.

The friendliness of all staff; in reception, in the dining room and in the bar. Cleanliness throughout at both visits. Airy, spacious rooms and bathrooms. It's proximity to the A1 route. We were travelling from ,and ,to Santander.
Difficult to locate by SAT NAV on our first visit but easy to access onc e you know where it is.
